1. Support (Helpdesk)

Support is offered 24/7/365 through our members centre ticket system. This should be the first port of call for all support issues. You will be able to refer back to the support given by logging into the members section. This can be usefl in the event you need to use the information provided again. Unlike emails, which can be hard to sort through, keep and maintain, you can always find your past support issues at a glance.

and get the transcript of the live chat emailed to yourself,
or you can choose to print it. You also get to
