Can you Overclock a Dell XPS 630i?

I know that you cannot usually overclock a Dell. However, when I purchased this Dell, I was told that this one is different and that you can change many setting. I have an XPS 630i and an running XP Pro, SP3. I have an Intel Core 2 Duo at 3 GHz. Does anyone know if you can overclock this CPU? ...
