This section is more for general support issues you may be having and not for technical issues like errors and problems that you may be having with the software.

Buy-Host is confident that the support needed will be minimal because state of the art technology and software is being used in every aspect of our hosting.

If you have used our support ticket system, then your question will be looked at within 6 hours. Usually within the hour on most occasisions. (We are in the process of hiring more staff in different locations in the world to get around the clock support.)

However, to improve the speed and support to our customers, We have provided this extra option for you to ask your questions so you can get support even faster by one of our many staff members that visit these forums daily.

Just simply make a new thread in the correct section on the forums to help us better aid you, please try and be specific with the support you need or problem that is occuring.
