    I don't know why but I can't start many games from there, and when I played 3D snake,I had a high score but it didn't count.

    An official list will be made with time, but for now I suppose common sense needs to be used as I will warn/infract people if they spam, flame, troll etc.

    You are right, it needs to be used, and people should receive warnings/infactions for wrong posts.

    and we should warning the newbies for leeching and spamming from this site, and never ever advertise any website forum unless they advertising our forum to the other site

    Why wouldn't advertise if they didn't do it first? It's friendly and kind to advertise this site to people and then here will be even more people who would advertise this site even more.

    you got a point on that, its fun doing advertising but if they joining for getting some application of download software, maybe we should banned it if its early, because they not helping this site in some other way,

    about the shout box, its up to you if you want to change, remove or maintain the shout box, for my suggestion, maybe you should change it into chat box, and announce to them not to spam or make a program which disable the user from spamming, or disconnect him, or warned him............
