I have used this service in the past. I have had no real problems Aside from the fact that during a ddos attack, the first one i had ever experienced, the "24 hour support" took over 6 hours to actually give me the security analysis I had asked for. Allowing the culprit ample time to make backups of all my .xml storage. Annoying.
