Override Attachment Permissions for the Given User

Since vBulletin does not have the ability to override attachment permissions for a given user, this plugin will come in useful for sites that would like to allow an individual to be able to upload attachments that are normally not allowed for that usergroup. Another Example: If a user is in 2 or more usergroups. It only takes for 1 usergroup to not allow a certain attachment to be uploaded. eg. .exe, .dll, .ocx etc., Then your stuck, because vBulletin will not allow that user to upload those file types at all.

Well now you do not need to worry about it, because with this plugin installed, you will be able to specify which users can upload and what file types they are able to upload as well!
